An Examen of Conciousness This is a daily review of your day to reflect on God's presence and adapted from the directions for praying with art. Think of your entire day as if you had helped to paint it. Quiet yourself for a few moments. What am I grateful for? Where did I notice God today? What feeling seemed to be the strongest? Where is this leading me in prayer for tomorrow? End with an Our Father or some other formal prayer.
