One day, the Gospel tells us, the tension gradually accumalting between humanity and god will touch the limits prescribed by the possibilites of the world.... Then the presence of Christ, which has been silently accruing in things, will suddenly be revealed - like a flash of light from pole to pole

A circle rounds the square.
At the center
The triangle tears the curtain of death.

Pain still wanders through the world,
But suffering has lost its way.

Alone, yet
At one with creation's crescendo,
Wisdom abides here.

A veil of voices exhales
As gusts of grace
Break forth from Christ's form.
